在采油過程中,僅利用地層天然能量進行采油,稱為“一次采油”。一次采油也被稱為“能量衰竭法采油”,采收率一般隻能達到15%左右,大部分油氣仍殘留在油層中。為保持和提高地層能量,提高地層中油氣采收率,人們采用油田注水開發技術。
利用油田注水泵等相關設備向油層注水,保持或提高地層能量,提高油氣采收率的采油方法,早在20世紀20年代美國就已工業化應用。蘇聯於1946年第一次在杜依瑪茲油田采用早期注水、保持油層壓力的開發方法。在這期間注水開發的油田越來越多。1936年美國采用注水開發的區塊隻有846個,到1970年就發展到9000個(ge)以(yi)上(shang)。我(wo)國(guo)最(zui)早(zao)大(da)量(liang)注(zhu)水(shui)的(de)油(you)田(tian)是(shi)克(ke)拉(la)瑪(ma)依(yi)油(you)田(tian),現(xian)各(ge)主(zhu)要(yao)油(you)田(tian)都(dou)采(cai)用(yong)了(le)注(zhu)水(shui)開(kai)發(fa)方(fang)式(shi)。因(yin)此(ci),注(zhu)水(shui)已(yi)成(cheng)為(wei)世(shi)界(jie)範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)油(you)田(tian)開(kai)發(fa)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)手(shou)段(duan)。
1.早期注水

2.晚期注水
油(you)田(tian)開(kai)發(fa)初(chu)期(qi)依(yi)靠(kao)天(tian)然(ran)能(neng)量(liang)開(kai)采(cai),在(zai)沒(mei)有(you)能(neng)量(liang)補(bu)給(gei)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),地(di)層(ceng)壓(ya)力(li)逐(zhu)漸(jian)降(jiang)到(dao)飽(bao)和(he)壓(ya)力(li)以(yi)下(xia),原(yuan)油(you)中(zhong)的(de)溶(rong)解(jie)氣(qi)析(xi)出(chu),油(you)藏(zang)驅(qu)動(dong)方(fang)式(shi)轉(zhuan)為(wei)溶(rong)解(jie)氣(qi)驅(qu),導(dao)致(zhi)地(di)下(xia)原(yuan)油(you)黏(nian)度(du)增(zeng)加(jia),采(cai)油(you)指(zhi)數(shu)下(xia)降(jiang),產(chan)油(you)量(liang)下(xia)降(jiang),氣(qi)油(you)比(bi)上(shang)升(sheng)。如(ru)我(wo)國(guo)某(mou)油(you)田(tian),在(zai)地(di)層(ceng)壓(ya)力(li)降(jiang)到(dao)飽(bao)和(he)壓(ya)力(li)以(yi)下(xia)後(hou),氣(qi)油(you)比(bi)由(you)77m3/t上升到157m3/t,平均單井日產油由10t左右下降到2t左右。
在溶解氣驅之後注水,稱晚期注水,在美國稱“二次采油”。注(zhu)水(shui)後(hou),地(di)層(ceng)壓(ya)力(li)回(hui)升(sheng),但(dan)一(yi)般(ban)隻(zhi)是(shi)在(zai)低(di)水(shui)平(ping)上(shang)保(bao)持(chi)穩(wen)定(ding)。由(you)於(yu)大(da)量(liang)溶(rong)解(jie)氣(qi)已(yi)跑(pao)掉(diao),在(zai)壓(ya)力(li)恢(hui)複(fu)後(hou),也(ye)隻(zhi)有(you)少(shao)量(liang)遊(you)離(li)氣(qi)重(zhong)新(xin)溶(rong)解(jie)到(dao)原(yuan)油(you)中(zhong),溶(rong)解(jie)氣(qi)油(you)比(bi)不(bu)可(ke)能(neng)恢(hui)複(fu)到(dao)原(yuan)始(shi)值(zhi)。因(yin)此(ci),注(zhu)水(shui)以(yi)後(hou),采(cai)油(you)指(zhi)數(shu)不(bu)會(hui)有(you)大(da)的(de)提(ti)高(gao)。由(you)於(yu)油(you)層(ceng)中(zhong)殘(can)留(liu)有(you)殘(can)餘(yu)氣(qi)或(huo)遊(you)離(li)氣(qi),注(zhu)水(shui)後(hou)可(ke)能(neng)形(xing)成(cheng)油(you)、水兩相或油、氣、shuisanxiangliudong,shenliuguochengbiandegengjiafuza。zhezhongfangshideyoutianchanliangbukenengbaochiwenchan,zipenkaicaiqiduan,duiyuanyounianduhehanlaliangjiaogaodeyoutian,haijiangyouyutuoqishiyuanyoujuyoujiegoulixuexingzhi,shenliutiaojiangengjiaehua。
晚期注水方式初期生產投資少,原油成本低。原油性質較好、麵積不大且天然能量比較充足的中、小油田可以考慮采用。
3.中期注水
中zhong期qi注zhu水shui介jie於yu上shang述shu兩liang種zhong方fang式shi之zhi間jian,即ji投tou產chan初chu期qi依yi靠kao天tian然ran能neng量liang開kai采cai,當dang地di層ceng壓ya力li下xia降jiang到dao低di於yu飽bao和he壓ya力li後hou,在zai氣qi油you比bi上shang升sheng至zhi最zui大da值zhi之zhi前qian注zhu水shui。此ci時shi油you層ceng中zhong將jiang由you油you、氣兩相流動變為油、氣、水三相流動。隨著注水恢複壓力,可以有兩種情形:

一yi種zhong情qing形xing是shi地di層ceng壓ya力li恢hui複fu到dao一yi定ding程cheng度du,但dan仍reng然ran低di於yu飽bao和he壓ya力li。在zai地di層ceng壓ya力li穩wen定ding條tiao件jian下xia,形xing成cheng水shui驅qu混hun氣qi油you驅qu動dong方fang式shi。據ju室shi內nei模mo擬ni和he國guo外wai文wen獻xian介jie紹shao,如ru果guo地di層ceng壓ya力li低di於yu飽bao和he壓ya力li15%以內,此時從原油中析出的氣體尚未形成連續相,這部分氣體有一定驅油的作用,並由於油—氣間的界麵張力遠比油—水界麵、油—yanshijiemiandezhanglixiao,yinerbufenqipaoweiyuyoumoheyanshikelibiaomianzhijian。zheduiqinyouyanshilaishuo,kepohuaiyanshikelibiaomiandelianxuyoumo,youzhuyutigaozuizhongcaishoulv。
lingyizhongqingxingjiushitongguozhushuizhubujiangdicengyalihuifudaobaoheyaliyishang。cishi,tuochudeyouliqikeyizhongxinrongjiedaoyuanyouzhong,dantianranqizufendexiangtaibianhuashibukeniguocheng。dangtigaoyalishi,tuochudeyouliqizhongxinwanquanrongjiesuoxudeyaliweirongjieyali。xianran,rongjieyalidayubaoheyali。ciwai,zailiyongtianrannengliangkaicaijieduan,bufenrongjieqiyichu。yinci,jishidicengyalihuifudaobaoheyaliyishang,rongjieqiyoubiheyuanyouxingzhidoubukenenghuifudaochushiqingkuang,channengyejiangdiyuchushizhi。zaidicengyaligaoyubaoheyalitiaojianxia,rujiangjingdiliuyajiangzhibaoheyaliyixia,jinguancaiyouzhishujiaodi,danyouyucaiyoujingdeshengchanyachadafudutigao,rengkeshiyoujinghuodejiaogaodechanlianghejiaochangdewenchanqi。
中期注水的特點是初期投資少,經濟效益好,也可能保持較長穩產期,並不影響最終采收率。地飽壓差較大、天然能量相對較大的油田比較適用於中期注水。
